5 Cookie policy

The website uses cookies and browser storage for login, security, orders and remembering selected settings. Storage necessary for the requested service does not require consent. The user makes a separate choice about analytics or marketing that requires consent before these are activated. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent purchases or use of the core service.

Consent choices are stored in the browser until the user changes the settings or deletes the stored choice. The purchase-attempt identifier, which prevents duplicate orders, is retained for 30 days, and the selection summary for 15 minutes.

The session identifier used for login has a renewable validity period of up to 30 days. Form-protection data and the return address after login are retained until the end of the session. Appearance, label and sound preferences remain in the browser until the user changes or deletes them. AI history is described in Part 4. These records are managed by SystemService; data needed to handle a request may be processed by the hosting provider identified in Part 4. Local preferences and history remain in the browser, except for content transmitted when the AI feature is used.

Following consent to analytics, GA4 uses the _ga cookie to distinguish users and _ga_* cookies to store session state. Google has access to this data. They remain valid for up to 2 years, with the period renewed on subsequent visits. The browser may shorten this period. The data sent to Google and retention periods within GA4 are described in Part 4.

Optional consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time using the “Cookie settings” button on the website’s public pages. Withdrawal ends further use of the technologies covered by consent and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Data stored in the browser can also be deleted through the browser settings. When using Stripe’s payment page, that provider’s information also applies: https://stripe.com/cookie-settings.

On SystemService’s public pages, after marketing consent, we use the OpenAI Ads pixel to measure visits, submitted contact or demo requests and the start of checkout. These events are shared with OpenAI to attribute them to a campaign. Starting checkout is not a purchase. Measurement does not run in the account dashboard, SU, or on login and activation pages.

The pixel may use an ad click identifier (__oppref, up to 30 days) and a browser identifier (__obref, up to one year). The __oaiq_consent cookie (up to 30 days) and oaiq_consent in browser storage keep the consent choice. Browsers may shorten cookie lifetimes. Enabled automatic advanced matching may detect contact information entered in forms: email addresses, phone numbers, first and last names are normalized and converted to SHA-256 hashes in the browser before being shared with OpenAI. Matching may also include country, city, region and postal code. Hashes are used for matching and do not mean that the data is anonymous.

The pixel loads only after marketing consent. You can withdraw consent in ‘Cookie settings’; we stop further measurement and remove the pixel identifiers from this website’s cookies.
