Built on service experience.
Automation for repair businesses.
SystemService draws on over 20 years of hands-on service experience: from repairs and diagnostics to intake, device logistics, parts and customer communication. We know these processes from the inside. We turn that experience into tools and automation for small and large repair businesses.

Born from practice. And the need for change.
Over the years, we have worked with different tools and ways of organising service work. We have seen missing features, unnecessary steps and information scattered across conversations, notes and messages. SystemService grew from frustration with those obstacles, but also from curiosity and the desire to improve. We develop it to connect the whole process — for one person handling everything and for a business with multiple workstations and a manager.
Clear information instead of guesswork.
Customers need to know what is happening with their devices. Submitting a request does not replace diagnosis: a technician first examines the device, then shares the findings and next steps. SystemService is designed to make that information and the current status easier to access, helping reduce repeated calls asking “what is happening with my device?”.
One process. Fewer things to keep track of.
From customers submitting requests and handing in devices, through service work and parts, to updates and collection — we are developing solutions that connect these stages.
SystemWeb
Requests, devices, inventory and communication in one place. A clear history helps the team work from the same information.
SystemApp
A mobile app in development, designed to make information and code scanning available where the work happens.
SystemDrop
A locker system connected to the platform. It enables 24/7 device drop-off and collection, helping separate intake from work at the technician’s bench.
A shared view of work across the business.
Each team member needs information for their work, while a manager needs an overview of request progress and how tasks are distributed. SystemService connects those perspectives: from a one-person repair business to a larger company with multiple workstations. We provide tools and automation; each independent business manages its own customer relationships and repair decisions.
